CBD Oil Strength Explained: 10%, 15% or 20%
What Does CBD Oil Strength Mean?
The percentage tells you the concentration of CBD in the oil. Oxocan’s CBD oils come in three concentrations: 10%, 15% and 20%. Each bottle contains 10ml of full-spectrum CBD oil.
What Is the Difference Between 10%, 15% and 20% CBD Oil?
The main difference is the amount of CBD contained in each 10ml bottle. Oxocan 10% CBD Oil contains 1,000mg of CBD. Oxocan 15% CBD Oil contains 1,500mg of CBD. Oxocan 20% CBD Oil contains 2,000mg of CBD.
-
10% CBD Oil - 1,000mg
Our 10% CBD Oil is the lower-concentration option in the Oxocan range. It is suited to those who prefer a more measured concentration.
-
15% CBD Oil - 1,500mg
Our 15% CBD Oil sits between the 10% and 20% formulations, offering a higher concentration while remaining in the middle of the range. -
20% CBD Oil - 2,000mg
Our 20% CBD Oil is the highest-concentration formulation in the Oxocan range, containing 2,000mg of CBD in a 10ml bottle.
Does a Higher CBD Percentage Mean Better?
Not necessarily. A higher percentage simply means that the oil contains a higher concentration of CBD. It does not automatically mean that one formulation is better than another. When choosing CBD oil, it is also useful to consider the type of extract, ingredients, manufacturing standards and independent laboratory testing.
What Is Full-Spectrum CBD Oil?
Full-spectrum CBD oil is made using hemp extract containing CBD alongside other naturally occurring hemp compounds. Oxocan’s 10%, 15% and 20% CBD oils are all full-spectrum formulations.
How Do You Choose Between 10%, 15% and 20%?
The right concentration depends on your personal preference. If you prefer a lower concentration, 10% is the starting option in our range. If you prefer a middle concentration, 15% offers a balanced choice. If you prefer the highest concentration available from Oxocan, 20% is the most concentrated option.
What Should You Look For When Choosing CBD Oil?
Concentration is only one part of choosing a CBD oil. Look at the type of CBD extract, the ingredients, where the product is made and whether independent laboratory testing is available. Clear product information also makes it easier to understand exactly what you are buying.
Why Independent Lab Testing Matters
Independent laboratory testing provides information about the composition of a CBD product. Oxocan makes laboratory reports available for our current CBD oil formulations so that you can review the testing information for yourself.
A Simple Guide to the Oxocan CBD Oil Range
10% = 1,000mg CBD per 10ml bottle. 15% = 1,500mg CBD per 10ml bottle. 20% = 2,000mg CBD per 10ml bottle. All three are full-spectrum CBD oils made in the UK.
